Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Mel Gamiao 9 months ago

In need of new tires due to car shaking and pulls while acceleration. So went to Sam’s club tires at Pearl city, and the employees were very knowledgeable and professional, and they were able to take in my vehicle that day too. My wife and I appreciate Sam’s club tires at Pearl city for an excellent job especially during the holiday season.

I did a walk in and the person who was helping me was kind and made sure I was able to replace my tires. I believe his name was Darren, I give this place a 5 star because they’re doing their job as much as they can and honestly in my opinion way better than Costco with the communication they gave I’ll be sure to keep coming back !!!

I went to Pearl City Sam's tire warehouse to look for a battery that I needed and low and behold they had it. They ask if I needed it to be installed, yes please! Then 25 minutes later,I was back on the road. Best vehicle battery prices around, prices on tires were also reasonable. Thank's

I arrived at 10:30am Had an appointment at The Lady I think she’s the Manager and the guy checking in people was awesome I give them a 5 stars. For the Employee that got my car at 11:20am he completed my car around 1pm. He didn’t even tell me what the warranty was roadside assistance etc. I think the Employee is lazy. As I was waiting in the Check in area. I was watching him on his phone I would give him 3 stars. All other Employees work on to three cars while he work on one. I did see the lady talking to him. He also pu the wrong time.
